ORDERING INFORMATION

  • Information on ordering
    Please read carefully before you place an order:
    • An email confirmation will be sent out once the order is successful
    • You will receive a email/sms once the order has been successfully delivered
    • Should the recipient be away at the time of delivery, a card will be left stating attempted delivery and will included details of how to collect or arrange a re-delivery. At times parcels will be left with neighbours
    • No deliveries on Bank Holidays
    • We do not deliver to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight or the Isles of Scilly.

    We will not be held responsible for items that are not delivered or are delayed due to incorrect details.

    Deliveries sent to hospitals, schools, military and business addresses will be delivered to a main reception or mailing room, If you are sending flowers to a hospital, please check in advance that the hospital will allow fresh flowers to be delivered to the wards.

    Teesside Area Delivery

    Same day & next day delivery available up to 7pm Mon - Sun


    Premium Delivery Before 12 noon

    Your order will be delivered anytime before 12 noon Mon - Sat


    Saturday Delivery 

    Choose Saturday delivery option on checkout, your order will be delivered between 7am - 6pm


    Sunday Delivery 

    Only available in Teesside area's

    We use industry approved payment methods, rest assured all your card/personal details are secured.

    Invoice/receipt
    We don’t add any invoices to orders we ship, should you require a business invoice please request this via email at hello@roxanas.com

    My Parcel has not arrived?

    My Parcel has arrived late?
    Due to the nature of traffic or weather conditions, We can’t guarantee a 100% delivery time/day, at times couriers do come across unforeseen problems, which may delay your parcel, but we will do our best to re-deliver this ASAP.

    If your order has not been delivered when requested, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier & do what we can to resolve the issue.

  • Returns & Refunds
    Can I return my items for a refund?

    As all our items are made to order, so refunds can’t be given.
    However, if you do receive your goods, which are damaged or missing, this must be reported WITHIN 24 HOURS, We will ask for proof; i.e photos of the outer box, and photos of the goods, We then will make a judgement based on the information you provide us.

    Refunds are given to the same method it was originally paid by.
